Returns Policy
No exchanges or returns will be made on orders that exceed the return policy timeframe of 30 days. BulbHead International will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A tracking number must be provided for all returns/exchanges.

Items must be returned in original packaging with instructions and all accessories.
How long does a return take to process?
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Paid Return Postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days after your return is processed.
How long will it take for a refund to reflect on my payment method?
Your refund will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your banking institution.
Exchange Information and Exceptions to our Return Policy
- Please do not return Intimate Apparel for a refund due to health and sanitary reasons. We will replace at no cost, any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).
- Consumable items (products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they are opened. However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
- DVD'S and software products may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect
Returns not meeting our return requirements may result in the loss of a refund or replacement.
Defective Item Return or Exchange Information
Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged or returned by contacting our Customer Support Team. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). We must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.
You may also request a store credit/gift card for future purchases.
Import Taxes
International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not liable for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed. If your item is returned by customs, due to customer refusing payment or package is with carrier and customer refuses delivery or any of the above-mentioned fees; Shipping & Handling and import tax charges may be incurred, which are non-refundable. Returning an Item due to Customs and VAT Charges?
If you wish to return the item, you can contact customs and request for the item be returned and we must be provided back with a tracking number. After we receive the item back in our warehouse, we can issue a refund, minus the initial and return costs of shipping.
Returning an Item due to Customer Refusal of Delivery
Customer refusals after the item have been fulfilled and it is with the carrier, will be partially refunded after shipping charges for initial delivery and shipping item return charges are deducted from the original purchase amount.
My order was delivered to the wrong address.

Shipping Information
When will my order be confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order which will include your Order# and a summary of your purchase.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail after your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for your shipment.
Does BulbHead ship on weekends?
Orders are shipped Mon - Fri.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase within 2 hours (120 minutes), from the time of the original purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. After the 2 hours window, has been reached, your order should be fulfilled and on its way to your shipping destination. Orders may not be canceled once they have been packaged for shipping, expired the 2 hours threshold, or are in shipped/fulfilled status.
These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to changes at any time, as our system is automated and the fulfillment inquiry may have been sent under the 120 mins timeframe.

Warranty Policy
We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment. Paid Return Postage is paid by the customer.
